Communication:
Communication is very important for our parents and to us at Pride and Joy Academy. You will receive a daily take home sheet providing you with information on how your child’s needs have been met. Our Teachers will log every meal, bottle, diaper change, sleep activity, as well as, any noted behavior. We also keep a copy of this communication sheet on file incase you may ever need to reference a trend in your child’s activities.

Environment:
Our Infant room is bright and cheerful. We offer a clean, safe environment with a carpeted area for those babies who are learning to crawl or have not quite mastered walking. Our rooms are oversized to allow the children opportunities to move about the room as well as providing them their own space. Each child is assigned their own crib with their name on it. The linens are changed each day at a minimum. All of our equipment is approved by Texas State Licensing and North Richland Hills Health Departments.

Our Staff:
Qualified, caring and nurturing staff care for your child while at Pride and Joy Academy. Our teachers are all experienced and CPR certified. Each teacher receives 15 hours of training per year. Our teachers ensure that individual attention is given to each child included playing, talking, cuddling, and holding everyday.
